The World's First-Ever Log Ride | History of Six Flags Series
Our first episode in the History of Six Flags Series highlights the world's first-ever log ride: El Aserradero. Built in 1963 by Arrow Dynamics, El Aserradero would go on to revolutionize the theme park landscape around the world!

New SPLASH Water Parade Details
Six Flags Over Texas, the Thrill Capital of Texas, announces the first-of-its-kind and coolest event in all of North Texas, the all-new SPLASH Water Parade debuting in July. This unique, immersive parade features larger-than-life parade floats, creatively themed décor, music and festive street entertainment.

New for 2019: Lone Star Revolution Renamed El Diablo
Six Flags Over Texas announced today that the park’s planned Lone Star Revolution ride will be renamed El Diablo. The attraction was originally scheduled to be installed in the park’s Tower section. However, it has now been confirmed that El Diablo will call the park’s Spain section home. We can expect to see this ride opening in Spring of 2019.

Exploring the Park's New Flash Pass System
accesso, the company that operates Six Flags’ Flash Pass system, recently rolled out a brand new Flash Pass watch band to Six Flags Over Texas just before the season ends. Six Flags is no stranger to the watch-style Flash Pass. Six Flags America, Hurricane Harbor Arlington, and more have a previous model of the Flash Pass watch.

In-Depth Tour of Merry Marketplace - Holiday in the Park
