Titan Paint Job (Update 1), La Vibora & El Diablo Demolition (Update 2), Refurbishments
Sidewinder Refurbishment
Sidewinder refurbishment continues as all the ride’s major pieces have been removed.
Sidewinder cars still remain within the ride’s operating location.
La Vibora & El Diablo Demolition Progress
La Vibora, the park’s former bobsled roller coaster, is almost completely demolished.
Most of what remains standing are a few of the coaster’s support columns.
Remaining supports have begun coming down around the ride’s perimeter.
Only a handful of La Vibora’s track and lift hill segments remain.
More of La Vibora’s station has been torn out, likely to remove remaining ride components.
A piece of La Vibora’s track remains standing near El Aserradero.
Though El Diablo’s main ride structure looks mostly untouched, its queue has been stripped down.
Titan Paint Job
Titan’s winter refurbishment is under way, which will leave the coaster closed for an extended period.
When Titan reopens, the state’s tallest roller coaster will feature an all-new paint scheme.
Titan has always featured the same paint scheme with orange track and teal supports.
Titan’s track color is quickly transforming into dark blue.
Titan’s teal supports will also shift to a crisp white color.
Roughly half of Titan’s first drop has been painted the new dark blue color.
A closer look at Titan’s newly-painted white support color.
Tons of track and support segments still await fresh paint.
Crews were painting ground-level supports during our visit.
