Holiday in the Park is perhaps the best-equipped time of year at Six Flags Over Texas in terms of entertainment and general activities that guests can enjoy while they are attending. From live shows, a real snow hill, and the Merry Marketplace, there is usually a little something for everyone.

Visitors of SFOT Source tend to ask us what we think of the haunted houses. Which one is the scariest? Which one is the most effective? Is there anything unique in any of the houses? We’ve decided to take it a step further and rate all of the haunted houses based off of a 5-point system.

Fright Fest is right around the corner (beginning September 22nd) and this edition of The Queue Blog will break down all the changes happening to the event. While a handful of new attractions are coming to Fright Fest this season, the event itself is actually slimming down on offerings.
