With Six Flags Over Texas being closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are numerous questions that guests may have. This installment of The Queue Blog highlights several concerns, including important info for members, season pass holders, group sales events, single-day tickets, Flash Pass reservations and more.

I have a group event planned at the park during the closure. What should I do?
Contact your group organizer/leader for details. Group organizers/leaders should contact their park sales representatives directly. If you’re not sure who your park sales representative is OR you purchased your group tickets (of 15 or more) from the website, please contact the park’s group sales office using this form and we will help you.
I have one-day tickets to the park. What should I do?
Tickets will continue to be valid through December 31, 2020. Check the operating calendar for details.
I have dated tickets to the park during the period that the park will be closed. What should I do?
All unused, pre-purchased dated 2020 one day tickets may be used ANY public operating day through December 31, 2020. There will be no additional fees or restrictions.
What are you doing for Season Pass Holders?
Thank you for being a 2020 Season Pass Holder! It's important to us that we provide you with all of the value you paid for. For each operating day that the park is closed during the 2020 Season, we will give you one additional operating day during the 2021 season. We will also be providing bonus free friend days and special benefits this summer when we re-open to make up for the inconvenience. Regular and Gold Members (usually purchased before 2018) should read the next item.
What are you doing for Regular and Gold Members?
First and foremost, we are going to give you one month of Membership for each month Six Flags Over Texas is closed (rounded up to the nearest month). These months will automatically be added to the very end of your Membership. Any Membership add-ons you currently own will also be extended.
In addition to replacing the months that you've lost, we're also going to give you a permanent, free upgrade to Gold Plus Membership.
With your free, permanent upgrade to Gold Plus Membership, you'll get:

What happens with Season Pass and Membership Add-Ons?
Season Pass and Membership add-ons will be extended in the same way we extend your Season Pass or Membership. See above for details.
If I wait to buy my Season Pass or Membership will the price increase?
No. We will not raise or change Season Pass prices while the park is closed. Check back immediately after the park reopens to ensure you get our best offer.
I’ve ordered THE FLASH Pass for a date the park is closed. What should I do?
Your THE FLASH Pass reservation will be valid through December 31, 2020. Visit the park’s THE FLASH Pass office on the day you choose to visit (when the park reopens) and we will fill your reservation.
How do I contact Guest Relations?
The fastest, best way to contact us is through our online webform or online chat (during regular business hours). Please note that the volume is especially high right now so it may take up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. We are reviewing messages as they come in and will try to get back to you faster if your issue is urgent. We will not penalize you for delays caused by us.
