Rider Experience
Bugs Bunny Boomtown saw the addition of multiple new attractions in 2024, including Sylvester & Tweety Pounce and Bounce. This Zamperla Sky Tower ride takes riders 41 feet in the air before beginning a sequence of bounces and drops. The new attraction, which opened on July 4, is a ride that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Sylvester & Tweety Pounce and Bounce is located in the park’s Bugs Bunny Boomtown section.
Sylvester & Tweety Pounce and Bounce stands 41 feet tall.
The family-friendly attraction holds 12 riders per cycle and has over-the-shoulder restraints.
Six Flags America Relocation
Sylvester & Tweety Pounce and Bounce originally called Six Flags America home. The ride was introduced in 2010, named Cranky the Crane, as part of the park’s new Thomas Town, a children’s area themed to Thomas the Tank Engine. In 2011, the area would be rethemed to Whistlestop Park and Cranky the Crane would turn into Sky Jumper. The ride didn’t operate during its last seasons at Six Flags America and reopened at Six Flags Over Texas in 2024.
