Refurbishment & Expansion
Bugs Bunny Cloud Bouncer was originally introduced during Six Flags Over Texas’ 40th anniversary in 2001 as Taz’s New York Adventure. The area, which had been known as Looney Tunes Land, was expanded, remodeled and renamed Looney Tunes USA. In 2014, Looney Tunes USA was remodeled and expanded once again, this time transforming into Bugs Bunny Boomtown. Taz’s New York Adventure was renamed Bugs Bunny Cloud Bouncer. In an effort to expand the area’s pathways, Bugs Bunny Cloud Bouncer was relocated a short distance away from its original spot.
Bugs Bunny Cloud Bouncer was formerly named Taz’s New York Adventure when introduced.
The ride was renamed and relocated for the park’s 2014 season.
