Primo's Pizzeria is located in the Old South section. This restaurant features dining pass food options and indoor and outdoor seating areas.

When the park opened in 1961, the location was known as the Historical Press Bookshop.

By the mid-1960s, the location was transformed into a restaurant.

The location has now served primarily pizza for several seasons.

This location has had a number of uses throughout the park's history. When Six Flags Over Texas opened in 1961, the structure was known as the Historical Press Bookshop. In 1964, the building was converted into a steak house restaurant. In 1965, the restaurant was changed to Colonel’s Cafe. Eventually, the location would be named Colonel’s Pizza. It also served as home to a Papa John’s location for a short time.
