Flags Funnel Cakes, an indoor funnel cake stand, is located near the entrance to the park. Flags Funnel Cakes features dining pass options and a covered outdoor seating area.

Prior to serving up funnel cakes, this location was home to a Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop. Flags Funnel Cakes was previously located on the other side of the Silver Star Mall at the start of the park's Mexico section. Before this, the location was a gift shop.
