Introduced in 2019, Chop Six is an outdoor restaurant located in Texas section near Oil Derrick. Chop Six features dining pass options and has covered outdoor seating with air conditioning.

When the Tower park area opened in 1969, this location was known as Mariner's Wharf Seafood. By the mid-2000s, the restaurant was serving up Texas-style cuisine as East Texas BBQ. From 2008 to 2018, the dining location was home to a Panda Express.
